Zetoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At Zetoli, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are food items, we have specific return conditions to ensure food safety and product quality.

Returns

We accept returns of sealed and unopened Zetoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil products within 15 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The original seal must be intact and unbroken.
• The product must be returned within 15 days of the delivery or pickup date.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, used, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded.

If the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, we are unable to accept the return, even if it is within the 15-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
